How to Configure Email Spam Filters in cPanel

1. Login to cPanel.

2. Navigate to the Email section and click on Spam Filters icon.

3. From this page you can configure how suspicious email messages will be treated. You can choose to move new spam to a seperate folder(spam box) or automatically delete new spam. First make sure that Apache SpamAssassin is enabled.(Just on the same page that you are in, as shown below)

4. Activate the option you would like to take effect once a suspicious emails comes in. We recommend moving emails to a seperate folder(spam box) to begin with. Later on, you can configure automatic deletion of spam if the issue of spam becomes bothersome.
